This simple module for Joomla! 1.5 creates an accordion menu using unordered lists and the Mootools library. It is based off of the standard mod_mainmenu.

It will automatically create an accordion menu based on nested <ul> tags. Simply define a menu in the Menu Manager that has nested items and then tell mod_accordionmenu to display it.
